At GoActive.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund Policy: Since we offer a 14-day free trial, refunds are not available after the trial period ends.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

2. Addon Purchase Refunds

For one-time addon purchases:

  • Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content, all addon purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Unused Addons: If you have purchased an addon but have not yet accessed it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
